Cognisess Platform End-User Support

End-users can log a support ticket at any time by clicking on the Help button, the question mark in a circle, which is to be found at the top left-hand corner of the platform (see illustration).

Please note that there is no need for an end-user to login into the Cogmetrix Help Desk to lodge a technical support ticket. This ticket is lodged on the Cognisess platform and goes straight back to the software engineering team.
